Resources Company, Capitol Land Trust has permanently protected
105 acres along Budd Inlet with a conservation easement.
Gull Harbor is one of the last pristine estuaries in the
southern Puget Sound region. This property is
adjacent to another protected property, the Cushman
Easement.
