Paul-Leigh Conservation Easement:

spanning both sides of Green Cove Creek.
Protected with Conservation Easement in 2004.
The property contains part of a vast wetland complex in
the heart of the Green Cove Basin. There are at
least two large Sitka Spruce on the property and the
stream running through it is prime Coho spawning
habitat. Terms of the conservation easement
prohibit future development that could harm sensitive
wetland and forest areas on the property.
