Paul-Leigh Conservation Easement:
23 Acres spanning both sides of Green Cove Creek. Conserved in 2004.

The property contains part of a vast wetland complex in the heart of the Green Cove Basin. There are at least two large Sitka Spruce on the property and the stream running through it is prime Coho spawning habitat. Terms of the conservation easement prohibit future development that could harm sensitive wetland and forest areas on the property.

The Value of Biodiversity is more than the sum of its parts.
